Leadership roles like that require years of experience. Yes, boys had an advantage back when Biden was in elementary school.. in the 1950s. In the 1960s when Biden went to college, indeed most college graduates were men.

But times have changed. Now look at people who graduated high school in the last 10 years -- women are outperforming and outnumbering men. It's only a matter of time before people that age have gained the experience and also take top leadership roles.[/quote]
