STJ bought FCV (and other clubs in other sports) because they have morphed from a gym into a youth sports facility. They are investing a ton of money to have teams competing in elite leagues across all sports. If a former employee tried to take GA with them, STJ has the resources to litigate. How many clubs in the area have the resources to defend themselves, does BP have those resources?[/quote]

Sorry -- what are you talking about?  GA decides where GA goes.  Same as ECNL. There are no rights that can be sued over.  FCV does not own a thing related to GA.  GA grants membership and they can take it away --- it is solely up to them and it is a year to year thing.  In any event there would be no cause of action if GA granted say SYC membership.  FCV could not sue them for what GA did.  The real person to sue would be GA and there would be no claim.  [/quote]
