Even just outside air without heat or ac and window fogging will not occur. If you have a large animal in the car, you need to increase the fan setting, this is from experience, otherwise windows will fog up quickly if a dog is panting in the back. During rain or other times defroster would be necessary. Do not use off setting, ever. Been traveling many miles for 30 years now, lots of time to perfect this.[/quote]
