My car has the same issue, even with the defrosters on the proper settings. We are currently having it looked at. The mechanic said it could be that the cabin air filter need to be replaced -- if the filter is dirty, air is not getting through and the defroster will not work. Have you had your cabin air filter replaced in the last two years? Another possible issue could be a leak somewhere in the heater core, such that warm coolant creates condensation inside the car when it mixes with the cold air in the cabin. [/quote]
