Sounds like it is still at the urgent care place but will be sent to collections on 2/10. If this is the case it has not been sent to collections and will not appear on credit report. Either way you have to respond. Get all your stuff in order- screen shoot or print out of your account showing payment, your credit card summary showing payment, date you called them, what they total you with dates, etc. Call the company but take notes- time, date and who you talked to and out come. Follow up and ask for written confirmation. It may have been moved to another department. If it is at a collection agency Certified letter to the collection company saying the debt is not valid and ask the collection company to send proof it is your debt. Take notes on all contracts with company including any collection calls. [/quote]
