Sorry if it was unclear.  The point was . . .they'll recruit and train some U13s that might not normally fit their "standards and qualifications to play U14" and wouldn't be in the top 18 for that squad.  They'll recruit a little younger so that they can get those promising kids in the system.  [/quote]
