He was also an I9 employee. It was a huge mess, my daughter was in shock, she just wanted to play, but it ended with screaming and tons of profanity amongst the parents by the actual I9 Staff!! It was literally a Jerry Springer Episode, luckily no chairs were thrown! I am so appalled at the lack of professionalism and the horrific incident that transpired, simply because they didn't have a well suited coach. I ask, then why take our money and put us through this!? I was disgusted and disturbed. [/quote]
