Assuming this is a troll, you need to divorce. I doubt he will want any form of custody. Maybe a day here or there that he will likely back out of. Then DO NOT DATE. The amount of glaring red flags you ignored is alarming. You knew he was before you married him and had a baby with him. But you were naive enough to think he was actually going to change. He wasn't and isn't. Cut your losses now so that you're not posting here a few years from now with a cheating husband, a miserable marriage, and an uninvolved dad.
I don't think they are married. OP, for someone who resents that she can't go out like you are single, you are about to have the baby 98% of the time. You both drink too much and need to grow up, but, you can only control you. Biggest party nights are behind you now. You are a mostly single parent now. Try to find some better role models . Do not date until your child is at least 10 and read some self help books, you ignored so many red fllags. Take responsibility for choosing to date and have a child with a man child with a drinking problem. File for child support and ask him to move out. What do you do for childcare while you work? Do you have a relative who could move in and help you?
