[/quote] The proposal is to put the charter in the old Graham Road ES building at the corner of Arlington Boulevard and Graham Road in Falls Church. The students are getting a new, larger building further up Graham Road towards Lee Highway. The greatest need for another ES in eastern Fairfax is expected to be over in the Baileys Crossroads area.[/quote]
