Staying below 25g of added sugar might be tough for some people, but in my experience, staying between 20-40 has been a good target to drop pounds. Even eating a decent amount of bread, carbs and fruit (berries, oranges, etc), just monitoring the added sugar has worked pretty well.[/quote]
