OP here. You know what? My bra size has totally changed with perimenopause hormones. I think that’s messing with my proportions and makes me look bulkier on top in a way that throws off the balance of the entire outfit. Ugh. I hate, hate hate my chest. It makes even the cutest outfits matronly.[/quote]

Yeah man. It suuuuucks.

Make sure you’ve re-measured yourself for bras that fit. Get supportive ones (try the panache underwire sports bra if you’re used to more “normal” bras.

Then you probably want to try to get longer vertical lines down the front of your body. So pants might be a better choice than a short skirt. Also jackets, etc. [/quote]
