Having the nanny live-in means they are there when you need to leave early or arrive late without having to take commuting into consideration. It can make for blurred boundaries when children want to spend time with the nanny off the clock. Having to share living space and walls with your employer makes it hard to decompress and feel truly off. [/quote]
