I'm hot pretty much from the shoulders up, and sweat around my hairline. It feels like it lasts forever, but when I time it, it really tends to only last a minute or so. I've been having them off and on, with varied intensity, since 2019 (I'm 53). The ones at night are the worst, I have a fan pointed right at me in bed. [/quote]
