If Obama's mother influenced Mayor Daily to swing the vote in Chicago to enable JKF to win the election and JFK gets assininated. Does that make all the legislation passed by LBJ illegal.... why's the sky blue Mommy? Shut up kid, I'm mentally masturbating
The sky is blue because light from that end of the spectrum is more heavily refracted. It's a great question, though not as much fun as the one about what happens if a president is declared Constitutionally unqualified after the fact. But to get back to the original question, I think the answer might be that once a president is sworn in according to law, the only way to remove him (or her) is impeachment, and there has never been any implication that impeachment nullifies actions taken while in office. Unless, of course the impeachment occurs on a day when the sky is gray. (That's a joke, my child.)
