+1, people buy in these communities and then are shocked when the very rules that gave these communities the look and feel that drew them to live there, actually apply to them. People want the nice neighborhood with the neatly kept up streets and common spaces and the tidy lawns and yards and driveways not cluttered with crap. Then they move in and want to let their dog roam free in the front yard and put a boat in their driveway. Well guess what, if everyone else did those things, you wouldn't have wanted to live here in the first place.[/quote]
