We've done french toast casseroles or the NYT buttery breakfast casserole, assembled the day before and baked fresh the morning of. Not too hard, and delicious. Less hard and equally delicious: fresh bagels, cream cheese, lox, etc., delivered Christmas morning.
If they are delivered Xmas morning, they were likely baked the day or two before.
So the UberEats guy warmed them up last year while he drove? Interesting. (Also, who cares? Why do you need to piss on what makes someone else happy?)
No one’s pissing on anything. If you’re going to make two entities work on Christmas Day, you should know that your food probably isn’t being prepared freshly that day (at least not bagels unless it’s actually Jewish owned and operated). They probably did reheat them. Which means that you could have bought them a week in advance and frozen them for a few days with the same result for a third of the price.
