Kanye told Taylor that he hadn’t actually even written the line yet, so there was nothing concrete for her to “consent” to. They did talk about two variations about a line about them having sex: “Taylor owes me sex” or “I feel like me and Taylore might still have sex.” Taylor did appear to be OK with either of those, actually giving Kanye some astute analysis about each option - although later she said she felt pressured to agree even to that. But on the call she was pretty clear she didn’t want anything “mean” and reacted negatively to the word “b****” when Kanye used it. The actual line was: “I feel like Taylor Swift still owe me sex / Why? I made that b**** famous.” The second part with the b-word and overall mean tone was NEVER agreed to by Taylor on the call.
