Six grams of carbs from ice cream is not the same as six carbs from vegetables. Chickpeas are high fiber, low fat, nutrient rich. Don’t get hung up on the carbs. Chickpeas are 0 points on WW. Even if you don’t like WW, it is research based and locally tested, so it should tell you something. [/quote]
