The EO says that they are required to notify parents when there is a "school connected" overdose. It does not define that phrase. Nor does it indicate that it is only talking about unintentional OD or only ODs related to fentanyl. I only say this because it is unclear to me is a student intentionally ODs or ODs on something like tylenol or some OTC whether those are included in the EO.
