The reality is that so much we know about obesity and dieting is rapidly changing. Without a specific recommendation, I would try to see if you can find a counselor or nutritionist who believes in “health at any size”. I think they are the most likely to have the kind of guidance you are looking for. Your challenge will be that your husband may balk if he knows this is their perspective.[/quote]
