[/quote] No pain relief for ER is insane. Our clinics regular protocol is anesthesia unless your BMI is over 45. And as for the transfer, thankfully I have a really compassionate doctor who offered anesthesia because she knows I how painful insertion is physically and emotionally from sexually trauma. Also you know your body dilates right? It's not at all the same as a cold ass speculum. I feel sorry for you and whoever is forced to be around you [/quote]
