The positives are $$ and also knowing that I am extremely capable at my job and they won’t be able to replace me and even if they manage to find SOMEONE, it would take at least a year to train them up because nothing is written down (I’ve raised this as a problem a dozen times over the years but management won’t support me in developing playbooks, SOPs, templates, etc.). They have zero understanding of what I do. I do have one work friend and I enjoy seeing her. I mostly enjoy my actual work, but the anxiety of all the yelling and confrontation has left me so on edge that it’s hard to function. This was much less of an issue when we were remote.[/quote]
