What makes you think OP is agonizing, or even thinking at all, about ratings?  
A lot of people with pre-k age kids have older kids who are already in ES.  Unless they went private, obviously those families know their pre-k kid's future school.  Do the families that purported not to know have older siblings?  if so, they know.  [/quote]
