My DD is also in her last (pre-k) year at a private daycare, and we do casually discuss (like at bday parties) where our kids are going to school next year. I know which kids in the class will be at my DD's school next year. It's nice to try to foster those friendships. And this is in an area where all the ES schools are great and similar. But very few folks go private where I am, so maybe that is the difference. [/quote]
