I have been to 5 classes and am loving it! I'm just wearing running tights and a yoga top. I did get canvas ballet shoes. I didn't mention where because I'm in Toronto and the school is the National Ballet School of Canada. Some of you might be familiar with Karen Kain. There's a range of people including one fellow. Most are in their late 20s to 40s. I was a little nervous at the first class but felt comfortable pretty quickly. I find it very meditative and relaxing, and find myself looking forward to each class. I'll probably continue next term with the next level. Thanks to everyone for your comments! [/quote]
