If a student gets 50% on one assignment for doing zero work except putting their name on it then gets a 90%, that averages out to a 70%, which is enough to pass. If a student gets a 0 and then a 90, that averages out to a 45…..still failing. You really suck at math and must be a product of MCPS. Don’t hand in work on time? Give ‘em the zero they deserve.
