There no law against this [/quote] If you don’t want kids to have candy you could not buy any, or buy it and keep your door locked and eat it all, or buy it and answer the door and say “no candy for you!” Putting it in an unsupervised bowl outside doesn’t even make the top ten list of “strategies to keep kids from taking candy”.[/quote]
