That decline is continuing. That is a fact. MCPS performance has also declined. There was a drop in the recent MSAs. Do your own research on MCPS and its controlling unions. Look at the frivolous spending on TV shows for the super and the PR department. Then decide if it is a child oriented school system or not. [/quote]
