They think to themselves "oh if I just announce my promotion or award on social media, people will think I'm bragging, so I'll be sure to say that I feel humble or by the honor, or that I'm so blessed, and it will take the braggy part away." People need to decide -- either they feel comfortable bragging about this stuff or they don't. You can actually be humble or you can brag about your accomplishment.
