Paris has generally good looks, a modelly body and an interesting nose and knows her angles. Ivanka has a reconstructed lower half of her face and looks like a generic plastic doll, like when your aunt finds you a Dollar Store "US Girls" doll because you asked for an American Girl doll. No part of her look is memorable or striking, just kind of intentionally inoffensive, like she told the surgeon "fix this" instead of "I want to look like this."[/quote]
