I might feel like misinterpreted a kind gesture if I reported a host who did this and would worry about being tagged a troublesome guest for future stays elsewhere, so I would not personally report it even if it worried me. Likewise, assuming a host is fishing, I wouldn’t report it if I took him up on the offer obviously. And in fact might highly review the stay if I was riding on a high of feeling that I’d met a great guy who is good looking and owns a nice home, with perhaps potential to turn into something more. It might only be months later that a guest might feel played and then it is not worth the trouble to report or change a review.[/quote]
