I know this because I am one of these people. Sugar and carbs are a trigger for me. I do not struggle with overeating when I avoid sweets and carbs. I immediately struggle when I re-introduce them. Different strokes! Keep going OP. For the time being, eat as much as you want of the things that you enjoy that are low carb. Satisfy yourself in that way. Best omelets for breakfast! Delicious meal for lunch. When the cravings stop you will find yourself eating less without much effort.[/quote]
