There was a young solo woman at a table nearby having dinner, drinks, dessert, and then---just when it was time for the bill to arrive, screamed loudly that she saw a mouse on the floor (no one else did as all eyes diverted to the floor). Server came right over, then manager, and they offered to take full 100% care of her bill. And Poof! Just like that she was out the door. Have zero doubt there was a mouse. Am guessing she pulls the complaining card for discounts elsewhere. [/quote]
