The HFC is done pulling strings now and the Democrats will get a lot more concessions than they would have ever gotten had the Gaetz and company not sabotaged the Republican party with their party civil war.  Had they stuck with McCarthy, they would have gotten a lot more Republican and conservative packages and concessions pushed through, but Gaetz gambled that McCarthy would cave to him and HFC lost.
