Kids are already not allowed to use the phones so they’ve been told. How many times does a teacher have to tell them to put it away? I think we’re past that. These pouches are also a good way to equally enforce the no cell phone policies rather than a teacher either focusing on one child, or having that one child be the only one using the phone and being singled out every time.
