[/quote] I do understand which is why we only use one car, hang dry all our laundry, decided not to renovate our home an dump all that stuff in a landfill, limit our household purchases, limit travel on airplanes to once a year, etc. [/quote] If you're doing all that why is so hard to do dishes? The whataboutism (from pp, don't know if it's you) is irrelevant. Many people do think about these things too, so I'm not sure why it's a bad thing to point out that disposable plates, utensils, cups, and napkins really add up environmentally. [/quote]
