You are blowing up the 'DC United only recruits, uses big players' stereotype.

PP here. Have you actually seen the team? Of the boys who were rostered for that weekend, the overwhelming majority were impressively big and tall. There were about 3 who seemed small, but I’m familiar with those kids (have seen them play at their prior clubs, most age groups know each other) and I know they’re talented. 2 are playing up (2012 and 2011). Good for them. [/quote]

DC United Academy posted a picture on IG and FB of the starting 11 against Alexandria this past weekend. The ENTIRE front row is small or average. Unless we should not believe our lying eyes. [/quote]
