Sounds like you need to get a final draft submitted to you at the 24 or 48 hour mark and then review it if it’s good, or All Hands In Deck fix it if it’s subpar work. Client deliverables need a tight process and review by at Mgmt. Set the timing in that, and if the team sucks they’ll get earlier artificial deadlines bc they can’t handle actual deadlines. [/quote]
