What the hell does it matter? So you’re saying it’s OK for a mentally ill human being to sleep in the elements and pee in foliage when he’s in the slums, because that’s expected? Lower income children should expect to bear witness to this in their parks? Is that what you’re saying? Lower income women coming home from work should have to pass this shady looking character, whose motives she doesn’t know, because she should expect to see him there, she’s poor after all.

Is that what you’re saying?

Or are you agreeing with all of us that mentally ill people don’t belong ANYWHERE, and that they need proper help. Which is what OP explicitly asked for in the OP. [/quote]
