This makes the most sense. It would be interesting to know what percentage of kids are admitted without test scores. I would think it would be a small percentage, maybe less than 20%. If that is the case, the data still should not be so skewed.[/quote]

...and remember test optional and test blind are different things.  Test blind will not judge you for not submitting.  Test optional does not mean that.  Most schools are test optional.  You better have some great hooks without scores.[/quote]
