That's just not true. Go to any daycare. The vast majority of children are 2 and up. When mask mandates were in place, the vast majority of children in daycare had to wear them.[/quote]

Yup, my kids had to wear them when they were 3-5 years old. It was so absurd. They would show up in their little masks that don't really fit in the morning, play for a bit, and then all take them off for snack time. Then they would put them back on and play some more and then all take them off again for lunch. Then they stayed off for about 2 hours for rest time and 2nd snack, again all in the same room, before putting them back on to play until the end of the day. What did we accomplish with this, anyway? There were still parents upset when the mask requirement was lifted. I seriously question their critical thinking skills. [/quote]

+1.  A decent number of families at our daycare went back to making their kids (and sometimes themselves at drop off) this past week. Whatever floats your boat I guess but I don’t see the point. Not developmentally appropriate either.  Other countries never masked toddlers/preschoolers.[/quote]
