No, you’re totally wrong PP. The school has absolute authority to discipline behaviors at a bus stop. It’s part of the school day. [b]Waiting to take the bus that will take you to school is a “school organized event.” I[/b]f we go with your line of thinking, then your kid could get beat up everyday at the bus stop and the school wouldn’t be able to do anything because it wasn’t on school grounds.
