There are school without A/C and kids still go to school.[/quote] This may be true. But being in the Caribbean and being exposed to this weather or no ac regularly means their bodies adapt. We don't live in the same conditions so our bodies have not adapted and need additional precautions. I am sure if the weather dropped to 30 degrees in the Caribbean, they would make adjustments too.
