So, we use snaplock containers for anything that doesn't fit into the bento boxes. Singles (although we have the Sistema brand): https://www.amazon.com/Greenbrier-Plastic-Storage-Containers-Snap-lock/dp/B01A7HF8DO/ref=sr_1_5?crid=17CQKFX43HTIG&keywords=snaplock+containers+small+double&qid=1692979169&sprefix=snaplock+containers+small+double%2Caps%2C71&sr=8-5 Doubles: https://www.amazon.com/Sistema-Ounce-Storage-Container-Colors/dp/B00BQGS09A/ref=sr_1_44?crid=14K2MFY9GCW3R&keywords=sistema%2Btwo%2Bchamber%2Bcontainers&qid=1692979312&sprefix=sistema%2Btwo%2Bchamber%2Bcontainers%2Caps%2C74&sr=8-44&th=1 We got them from the Corelle Outlet years ago and we got sets of them that were cheaper than Amazon. For reuseable ziplocks, we've tried a ton and these ones are inexpensive and work the best for us: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B091CRGNMX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 We have an old metal rack like you used to have on desks for paper that we use for drying. This set looks similar to what we have (different brand) and it comes with a rack almost identical to the one we have. This rack works great for drying and doesn't take up that much space. But I would like to find something else because they are rather difficult to seal. I do like the flatter bottoms - helps when filling and also easier to dry. I just can't invest in the more expensive options.
I'm the PP you quoted. The ones that I've tried that are easier to seal, don't stay sealed, which completely defeats the purpose. I've had ones that didn't stay sealed and baked goods get stale. Or wet things leak. Not worth it. We have like 4-5 different grands including various silicone ones and none work as well as these. So I put up with the seal because it's much better than the faulty seal.
