Understand what the definition of "agent" is in that context. It doesn't mean he was actively recruited and trained by the KGB and its successor, but rather, he was groomed over years. I mean, note that he has had two eastern block "wives," he has been praising Russian autocracy for decades and he has been laundering Russian oligarch money for decades, particularly after no legitimate US bank would touch him.

And where Rudy is concerned, hes, he cleared out the Italian mob to make way for the Russian mob. The media praised "America's mayor" post 9/11 for this without, you know, the second part of the equation, which resulted in all of those pencil skyscrapers with empty, but Russian purchased condos in NYC. Miami has the same Russia problem as well. And if you look at the report, it also notes complicity with officials in Missouri, Kentucky and other states.
