I am an engineer who works closely with the Department of Energy and many large manufacturing firms, and I can assure you that I would MUCH rather higher an engineer from WVU than any Virginia school. [/quote]

If they want to “higher” an engineer. So, I’m guessing their own education is, shall we say, lacking in some fundamentals including proper use of the English language.
