I was hesitant at first because they don't have a physical branch in the area but that has never been a problem. I've been very disappointed with the customer service at the Navy Federal Credit Union. However, I rarely go to the bank. My recommendation would be to do your banking with USAA, and then keep a small balance with your current bank just in case you are in a situation where you need to do something that requires being physically at the bank.
