This is ridiculous. Most families who have the resources will do BOTH kinds of trips and enjoy them for different reasons. But OP didn’t ask us should she go to Costa Rica, she asked where in Europe to go, so let’s just assume this isn’t the trip they want to go to go to Costa Rica for and offer suggestions for Europe without insulting people.
