We taught our daughter at 3 through games, reading to her, some lessons.[/quote] I'm a parent and a teacher and I also think there's zero harm in working with a kid on reading IF they are showing readiness and IF you don't make it stressful. It shouldn't be lessons, it should be fun. Oh wow, look at the book! Book starts with /b/ sound. (Make sure you're not saying "buh" for b or "tuh" for t, etc). [/quote]
