Since there are guests that don't know each other, I would base the game on the mother to be.  Perhaps you ask her mom/parents (even the mother to be) questions about her as a baby/little kid/grown up and everyone has to guess the answers (when did Sally get her first tooth, what instrument did Sally play in elementary school, what is Sally's favorite dessert, when does Sally's mom think the baby will be born and how much does she think it will weigh, etc. etc.).
